Eileen Rudden is a well known leader in the communications and enterprise software industries. Most recently, Rudden served as vice president and general manager of the Unified Communications Division of Avaya, Inc., a provider of communications systems, where she was responsible for expanding the company's position in Internet Protocol (IP) telephony, contact centers, messaging and unified communications. Prior to Avaya, Rudden was the CEO of FairMarket, Inc., a developer of e-business selling and marketing solutions which was sold to eBay. Ms. Rudden's earlier career highlights include 14 years with IBM's Lotus Software unit, where she was senior vice president and general manager responsible for Lotus Notes and Domino, the leading email and groupware provider. Before joining Lotus Development, she held management positions at Wang Laboratories and The Boston Consulting Group. Ms. Rudden currently serves as a trustee of Brown University and as a director at Agilysys, Inc. (NASDAQ: AGYS), and the KnowledgeWorks Foundation, a nonprofit organization. She is a graduate of Brown University and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Eric has over 25 years of operating experience in the information technology industry. Most recently, Eric was CEO of Groove Mobile, the world's leading mobile music service. Prior to that he was founder, President and CEO of Brooktrout Inc. He built the company into a leading supplier of advanced hardware and software products for system vendors and service providers in the electronic messaging market, from its founding in 1984 to over $150 million in sales. He also led the company through multiple public offerings on NASDAQ. His industry pioneering solutions for integrated voice, data and fax communications in telecommunications and networking led to a number of patents in electronic messaging technology. In October of 2005, he sold the company to the private equity backed EAS Group, Inc. Eric also serves on the boards of Alliance Systems and Muse Research. He received a BS from Carnegie-Mellon University and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
Jamie Goldstein General Partner, North Bridge Partners
Jamie Goldstein joined North Bridge Venture Partners in 1998. Prior to joining North Bridge, Jamie co-founded PureSpeech, a venture-backed speech recognition software and applications company targeting telcos and enterprise call centers. Jamie served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing prior to its acquisition by Voice Control Systems (NASDAQ: VCSI) and subsequent sale to Phillips Electronics. Before PureSpeech he was with Symmetrix, a provider of manufacturing execution software and consulting services. Jamie Goldstein's venture investing is targeted at the communications and enterprise software industries. Jamie is a graduate of M.I.T., 1989 and the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, 1994.
Mr. Lobo is currently the Managing Director of Mosaic Venture Partners, a private venture capital fund. Mr. Lobo's career includes experience in entrepreneurial ventures, technology, strategic consulting and venture capital. Previously, Mr. Lobo was a partner with a leading Canadian venture capital fund focused on technology-based enterprises. Prior to that, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, serving Fortune 500 clients in the telecommunications and information technology sectors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lobo worked in software development and engineering at Northern Telecom. Mr. Lobo holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and an M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
Jim Milton has over 25 years of high technology sales, marketing and general management experience. Mr. Milton previously served as president and chief operating officer of Intervoice, Inc., a publicly traded leader in interactive voice response (IVR) and IP messaging systems that was acquired by Convergys Corporation in September 2008. Prior to his three years at Intervoice and Convergys, Mr. Milton served in senior management roles at UGS Corporation, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation. He has deep domain expertise in IVR and IP messaging solutions as well as the broader contact center market. Mr. Milton received a Bachelor of Mathematics degree with Joint Honors in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
Justin J. Perreault General Partner, Commonwealth Capital Ventures
Mr. Perreault has over 17 years of venture capital and operating experience in information technology industries, with particular interest in and experience with enterprise software companies. Prior to joining Commonwealth, Mr. Perreault was CEO of Object Design, a publicly held software company. Earlier, he was a vice president at Harvard Management Company, responsible for information technology venture investments, and a consultant with McKinsey & Co., Inc. Mr. Perreault received an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Reggie Sommer has been a leader in the high technology and financial industries for the past twenty five years. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Netegrity, Inc., a leading provider of security software solutions, which was acquired by Computer Associates International, Inc. Ms. Sommer also held the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Revenio, Inc., a privately-held customer relationship management software company. Prior to that, Ms. Sommer was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Open Market, Inc., an Internet commerce and information publishing software firm. She also held Vice President roles at The Olsten Corporation and Lifetime Corporation, providers of staffing and healthcare services. Additionally, Ms. Sommer served in various positions from staff accountant to senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Ms. Sommer currently serves on the board of Wright Express, a leading provider of payment processing and information management services. She graduated Magna cum Laude from the College of the Holy Cross, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Economics / Accounting.
